You control a character by using the left and right movement buttons. The character can drop 2 types of bullets down below. There are three different types of enemies in this level and they are arranged in 2 rows. The first row is made of wooden crates blocking the way, to destroy the crates you need to use bomb shaped bullets. The second row is a mix of flames and normal numbers, you need to use orange 0 shaped bullets to collect the numbers and avoid any collision with the flames.
